Training Log: August

Here's the August schedule, looks like a few more double-digit practice runs to come. I'm looking forward to that 8 mile 'recovery run'. I ran 12 miles today and feel pretty good. The coaches have us in interval groups now, for example run 6 minutes, walk 1 minute. This is a new concept to me, but I can see the benefit over 26.2 miles! Thanks for stopping by! :)
